Girls should wear leotards, avoid jewelry, and go barefoot They may also wear athletic shorts with an elastic waistband over their leotards.
We request that both boys and girls tie their hair back in a ponytail and use clips to keep bangs away from their eyes, only if their hair is long enough to obstruct their vision.
Boys should wear fitted T-shirts and athletic shorts with elastic waistbands, and they will also work out barefoot. Please refrain baggy clothing, as it can get caught on equipment and hinder spotting. Additionally, avoid zippers, rivets, or metal buttons.
Our unique class program uses levels instead of names, making it easier for parents to track their gymnast's progress and facilitating a smooth transition to the team. This program is designed for both girls and boys who wish to learn in a relaxed environment without the pressure to compete. Athletes are placed into class levels based on their skills, age, and maturity, with all classes teaching the same skills concurrently. Here is a description of the levels.
